What Families Should Know
Practical information for families and visitors.
Visiting Hours
Morning: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Evening: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Visitors are requested to obtain permission and help maintain a peaceful environment for residents.
Meal Times
Meals and beverages are served throughout the day, from morning tea at 6:30 AM to bed milk at 9:00 PM.
Nutritionist Visits
A nutritionist visits daily to help monitor residents' dietary needs.
Health Monitoring
Medical information is maintained from admission to help track health conditions. A GRBS blood sugar test may be conducted by a nurse during a resident's stay.
Boarding & Lodging
Boarding and lodging facilities are provided as part of residential care.
Personal Laundry
Personal laundry is included as part of our care services.
